According to Apogee, it holds the publishing rights to Descent Freespace, but only for the first three months after the game's release. The company says this is part of the agreement after Parallax parted company with Apogee and teamed up with Interplay. The curious arrangement would, if true, return the rights to Interplay after three months. More on this as it develops.
